We are a small mobile bakery that travels around Nagiso on weekdays. We make bread and baked treats using wheat grown in Shinshu (Nagano).
Our cookies—crispy, simple, and comforting—are especially popular. You can buy them at the Tsumago Tourist Information Center in Tsumago-juku.
